I am so glad that my cousin asked me to go to Wimbledon with him. Not only am I glad that my cousin asked me to go to Wimbledon with him because we had so much fun together while we were in this suburb of London, but I am also glad that he asked because if he didn’t, I don’t think I ever would have visited Wimbledon, and that would have meant that I missed out on a really enjoyable experience. As you can probably guess, if you have never been to Wimbledon before, I highly recommend that you check it out for yourself, because I really believe that you will have an enjoyable time.
Now, back to my story, when my cousin asked me if I wanted to go to Wimbledon with him, I asked him how long he was talking about. He said that he wanted to go for six days, and although I was unsure if I would be able to get that amount of time off from work, I told him I would give it my best shot. It took a good deal of effort on my part, but I was eventually able to convince my boss to let me take off for this amount of time (I had to put in some extra hours prior to my trip, but this was well worth the enjoyment I got to experience during the course of my trip).
The other really cool thing about this trip is that my cousin and I haven’t really gotten to spend a ton of time with each other in the past (even though we have always gotten along really well), so this was a good experience for the two of us to bond with each other.
